We proudly offer 28 apartment homes as part of a low- and moderate-income program for households earning at or below 80% of the area median income. Rents and Income Limits
Rents and Income Limits

The program rents are set annually using a calculation which is based on the Area Median Income (AMI) for the Boston-Cambridge-Quincy Metropolitan Statistical Area as calculated by HUD and state housing programs – therefore the rents of units are subject to change. Residents are responsible for paying the full amount of rent each month. Apartment rents are not based on an applicant’s income (unless they already have a Section 8 voucher or similar). Please note that these AMI figures are updated annually by federal and state housing authorities and vary by household size.

Residents are responsible for electricity, internet, water, and sewer. One assigned covered garage space is available and included in the rent for every apartment.
